DEKO with a broad international dealer structure provides low-voltage electrical product solutions all World.  DEKO is a part of Group Company with international offices and manufacturing plants, a fast-growing company, to support our continued growth and reinforce our sales and supply chain team, we are looking for an Import & Export Specialist experienced in Free Trade Zone legislation and operations (willing to learn).

Job Description:

• Responsible for all the import & export operations from proforma invoicing to packing list preparations of Group Company,

• Preparation of proforma invoices, production forms, and packing lists for the Group Company,

• Collaborating with production team for shipment and loading planning,

• Manage and control the 3rd party service providers such as customs brokers, transport companies, and bonded warehouses,

• Assist to obtain all required import permits and export licenses for all processes,

• Knowledge and understanding of International Trade Compliance,

• Identify, report, and resolve any trade compliance issues

• Responsible for documentation of import, export sales and client relations,

• Reporting to Sales & Marketing Manager weekly and monthly basis,

General Attributes of successful applicant:

• Bachelor’s degree in international trade, logistics, business administration or engineering,

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar function,

• Knowledge of MS Office programs,

• Excellent in Microsoft Excel,

• Having experience in ERP Systems,

• Familiar with Free Trade Zone legislation and Free Trade Zone application program (SBBUP system),

• At least an upper-intermediate level of English,

• Positive attitude and communication skills specifically with different cultures and dealers of DEKO in different countries,
