QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor's Degree
• Previous leadership experience in a Sales department required
• Experience in Sales & Marketing minimum 4 years
• In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
• Good command of Turkish and English, both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable, strong analytical skills, excellent decision making skills

JOB DESCRIPTION

• The Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for room sales activities and production at the property level. He / she is accountable for managing the total sales, advertising and promotional efforts within the hotel. The incumbent is personally involved in the management of the Sales team, has a minimum base of the key accounts, has prospecting responsibilities, and prepares month end reports and the marketing plan.
• Achieve total hotel revenue goal and be an effective member of the hotel executive committee.
• Provide a motivated, competent staff consistent with hotel, regional and corporate needs through implementation of approved personnel programs, the incentive plan, as well as planned career management process.
• Direct the account management and key account programs identify and develop new accounts, direct follow up and processing of lead inquiries.
• Develop, in conjunction of the Revenue Manager, pricing guidelines and monitor and adjust according to competitive environment.
