What will you doing?

Responsibilities

·        Receptionist  truly influences the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, are responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards

·        Receptionist, you will serve on the Front Office Team, to provide services for Guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check-in through check-out and complete audits, as required.

·        Achieve positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner

·        Ensure an efficient reception experience for Guests, including check in/out, and complete audit procedures, as required

·        Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times

·        Follow company brand standards

·        Assist other departments, as necessary

What are we looking for?

Skills

·       Excellent command of English and a second European language is preferred,

·       2 years International chain hotel experience in the same position preferred,

·       Sense of ownership, compatible with brand vision,

·       Ability to work in dynamic and fast paced environment,

·       Pays attention to personal appearance and has formal diction,

·       Focused on guest satisfaction,

·       Strong leadership skills and coaching the team, 

·       Computer literacy, 

·       MS Office applications
