2+ Partner or Channel Marketing Experience

A bachelor's degree in a related field is required.

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; proven ability to lead initiatives across teams.

Superior project management skills, including the ability to prepare written plans and schedules, identify objectives, coordinate and direct project teams, and manage budgets.

High-level of confidence, integrity, enthusiasm, and executive presence that fits a fast-paced, energetic, and proactive organization.

Work independently and actively in a team environment to achieve customer business objectives, and personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames and specifications.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with high attention to detail. Must possess the ability to articulate clearly and effectively over the phone and through email.

Excellent interpersonal skills are required.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop, communicate, implement, and manage a channel marketing strategy

Be responsible for driving strategy and growth within assigned target customer base

Work with sales team to create quarterly partner plans that generate market awareness and drive opportunities with and through the channel

Actively promote partner engagement by planning and producing awareness activities such as content, events and campaigns

Report and analyze program performance and sales pipeline to ensure ROI for investments and efforts

Develop joint marketing plans based on market trends and customer needs Create and maintain channel segmentation and key persona analysis for each segment.
